Are your items printed to order?

Yes. Every Trailwood piece is printed on demand after you order. It's slower than pulling something off a warehouse shelf, but it means zero waste, higher quality, and a product made just for you.

How long will my order take?

Production takes 2–5 business days, then US shipping takes another 3–5, so most orders arrive within 7–10 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Full details are on our shipping page.

How do I know what size to order?

Every product page has a detailed size guide. We recommend checking it before ordering, because items are made to order and we can't exchange for sizing.

What if something arrives damaged or printed wrong?

Email us at admin@trailwoodcollective.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it free of charge. More on our returns page.

Do you offer family bundles?

When will new designs drop?

Where are your products made?

Every piece is printed to order by our production partner and quality-checked before it ships. The source of each blank garment is listed on its product page.
