Because every Trailwood item is made to order, we can't accept returns on sizing or buyer's-remorse changes of mind. Please double-check your size before ordering — size guides are on every product page.
That said, we stand behind our quality. If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Printed incorrectly
- Or otherwise not what you ordered
…email us at admin@trailwoodcollective.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it free of charge. No runaround. No fine print.
